Concerns About Your Order

Only products purchased directly from the Gaia Flex website are eligible for replacements, cancellations, or refunds under this policy. For items purchased through other e-commerce platforms or retail partners, please contact the respective entity directly regarding its return policy.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Gaia Flex reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, and will notify you if this occurs.

Order Processing

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or bank holidays will be processed on the following business day. Once placed, orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.

Bulk & B2B Orders

Orders placed by businesses, institutions, or bulk buyers may be subject to separate commercial terms covering pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times, and payment terms. Where such an agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement governs for that order.

Pricing & Payment

Confirm whether listed prices are inclusive or exclusive of GST and insert accepted payment methods.

For Cash on Delivery orders, an additional handling fee may apply, as shown at checkout.

Only one promotional offer or discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Confirmation Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery date with your Order ID insert Order ID prefix and registered mobile number.

Cancellations, Replacements & Refunds

Product Information & Certifications

Gaia Flex products are certified compostable under IS/ISO 17088, certified by TÜV Austria OK Compost Industrial, and registered with the CPCB. Products decompose within 180+ days under composting conditions, with zero microplastics and no residue, independently verified and not self-declared.

Compostability performance refers to the composting conditions specified by the relevant certifying standard. Results may vary under home composting or uncontrolled environments.

Product specifications, including size, thickness, color, and packaging, may vary slightly from images shown due to manufacturing tolerances or product improvements.

Intellectual Property & Website Use

All content on this website, including the Gaia Flex name, logo, product designs, product photography, and written content, is the property of Gaia Flex or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting fraudulent orders, or using automated tools to extract content or data without permission.

Liability, Indemnification & Governing Law

Limitation of Liability
